  • 400 grams Beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 large red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 large brown onion, thin wedges
  • 3 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 200 grams Udon noodle
  • 1/2 tsp Bi-carb soda
  • 1 Sprinkle of chilli flakes
  • 1 Sea salt &cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 (MARINADE/SAUCE)
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 3 tsp Minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Minced lemon grass
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

How to Make Speedy Beef Stir-Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Speedy Beef Stir-Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sprinkle bi-carb over beef and mix well (to tenderise). Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • In another bowl get your marinade ready. Rinse beef and throw into marinade.
  • Step 3

  • Step 4
  • When you are ready heat wok, add a little oil and fry beef in batches until browned and set aside.
  • Step 5
  • Clean wok and fry onions. Set aside with beef.
  • Step 6
  • Stir-fry remaining veggies until starting to soften.
  • Step 7
  • Add remaining sauce, noodles, beef and onion and heat through. Serve with a sprinkle of chilli flakes, cracked salt and black pepper. Yum!
