  • 220 grams roast beef (thinly cut)
  • 2 cups asian style noodles
  • 2 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
  • 1 carrot thinly cut
  • 4 green onions
  • 4 heads Shanghai bok Choy
  • 2 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce
  • 900 mL chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste

How to Make Spicy Beef & Noodle Ramen

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Spicy Beef & Noodle Ramen in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions
  • Step 2
  • Slice beef and green onions into strips
  • Step 3
  • Lightly sauté bok choy until just starting to soften (approximately 5 minutes on medium heat).
