  • 1 large thinly slice carrot ribbon
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 slice Hallibut or any fish of your preferences
  • SPICY BUTTER
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp fine chili pepper or sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Spicy Buttered Hallibut And Carrot in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Layer all the Thinly slice carrot ( use the vegetables preler to slice it )on a baking dish then top with the hallibut which season with salt and pepper
  • Step 2
  • On pan melt the butter then add fine chili pepper or sweet papprika and flour then stir vigorously and off heat then pour over the hallibut then drizzle some lemon juice
  • Step 3
  • Spread some tomato paste wit a drizzle of olive oil and bake it at 200C /400F for 20 to 25 minute or longer depending on the thickness of the fish,covering the top with aluminum foil loosely if the top burn too quickly. adding some dried cranberry at the last 5 minutes
