  • FOR THE LG SPICY SAUCE ( SAMBAL SAUCE ) PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS BELOW

  • In pan with oil saute calamari for 1 minute
  • Step 3
  • add spicy sauce ( sambal sauce) and light soy sauce with sugar saute for another 2 minute

  • off heat then top with kalamasi juice and mix well
