  • 1 1/2 cup Couscous whole wheat
  • 1 cup chopped zuccini
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 slice garlic
  • 1 tbsp red pepper paste
  • 1 tsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

How to Make Spicy Couscous with veggies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Spicy Couscous with veggies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • 1. Heat water with chicken stock, add the couscous and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Salt for taste.
  • Step 2
  • 2. In a pan add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the chopped onion, zuccini and carrots slowly cook until all the veggies are golden. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  • Step 3
  • 3. Add the couscous and mix it with the veggies
  • Step 4
  • 4. In a cup, add the red pepper paste with soy sauce, mix it until have a thick sauce. After this, combine this sauce with the couscous and veggies.
  • Step 5
  • 5. Add parmesan cheese all over the top of the couscous and you finished!! You have a delicious spicy couscous with veggies.
