  • 1 oil for frying
  • 3 clove minced garlic
  • 3 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 small red chili pepper
  • 4 1/2 small onion

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make spicy fried tofu in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Fry tofu in oil
  • Step 2
  • Remove the seeds from the red chili peppers
  • Step 3
  • Mince the cloves of garlic, chili peppers and small onion
  • Step 4
  • In a wok saute vegetables with oil until they are browned and softened
  • Step 5
  • Add tofu to the vegetable mixture and mix well. Add salt to season

  • Serve with red vinegar and ginger
