  • 1 Cup fresh Mint leaves
  • 1 Cup fresh Parsley leaves
  • 1/2 Cup fresh Oregano leaves
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1-2 Whole Jalapeno Peppers (stem removed)
  • 4 Tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

How to Make Spicy Mint Chimichurri

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Spicy Mint Chimichurri in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine mint, parsley, oregano, garlic, jalapenos and salt in food processor and blend.
  • Step 2
  • While processor is running, drizzle in lime juice and olive oil and process until fully mixed. Taste and season as needed with salt and pepper.
  • Step 3
  • Top cooked meat with the chimichurri sauce and serve remaining sauce on the side.
  • Step 4
  • Best if prepared 24 hours before use. Keep in air tight container for up to 2 weeks at room temperature. If refrigerated, bring to room temperature before serving.
