Ingredients: spicy seafood soup

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 5 medium chopped up red or yellow potato
  • 3 carrots chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 can chipotle chiles en adobo sauce (like 3Chiles and half the sauce)
  • 1 small hand full cilantro
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 water
  • 2 packages seafood mix a frozen mixture of shrimp, clams, muscles, crab ect.( you can also use 1 pack of shrimp and one pack mix, or add other seafoods to ur liking.)

How to Make spicy seafood soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make spicy seafood soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • in soup pan or pot fill half way with water and add the seafood mix and onion, cook about 10 minutes on med-high heat
  • Step 2
  • add potato and carrot
  • Step 3
  • in blender add chiles, adobo sauce, garlic and about a cup of water. blend on high till very smooth, poor into pot.
  • Step 4
  • add cilantro to pot and let simmer about 5 minutes longer
  • Step 5
  • salt to taste
