  • 100 grams Quinoa
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 can Sweetcorn

How to Make Spicy tomato quinoa

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Spicy tomato quinoa in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Fry the onions until brown. While they're frying, boil the quinoa if not ready cooked.
  • Step 2
  • Add the chopped up mushrooms and tomatoes and fry until softened.

  • Step 4
  • Add the tomato paste & spices, and fry until all hot.
