  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • 1/2 block Firm tofu
  • 1/2 tsp Miso
  • 4 tbsp Sesame sauce granules
  • If you don't have sesame sauce granules
  • 1 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Miso

How to Make Spinach & Mashed Tofu with Homemade Sesame Miso Dressing

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Spinach & Mashed Tofu with Homemade Sesame Miso Dressing in your home by yourself.

  • Drain the tofu by breaking it into large pieces and place into a colander. If you're in a hurry, lay a small plate on top!
