  • 1 bunch Spinach
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 100 grams Minced beef
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 tsp Grated garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds

How to Make Spinach and Beef Namul

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Spinach and Beef Namul in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the spinach, rinse it in cold water, and then drain. Pour a teaspoon of soy sauce on it, wring it out, and slice into 4 cm lengths.
  • Step 2
  • Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, and fry the ginger and garlic.
  • Step 3
  • When fragrant, add the meat and fry until it separates. Add the sugar and soy sauce and fry until the moisture evaporates. Remove from the heat and let cool.
  • Step 4
  • Mix the spinach and the ingredients from Step 3 together with ground sesame seeds.
  • Step 5
  • Transfer to a serving plate to finish.
