  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • 2 leaves spinach
  • 1 piece cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Spinach and Cheese Rolled Omelette (Tamagoyaki) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop the spinach into small pieces. Beat the eggs and put into a bowl with the spinach and mix well. Then add milk, salt and pepper, and mix again.
  • Step 2
  • Put olive oil into a square tamagoyaki pan, pour in half of the egg & spinach mix, then put the sliced cheese on top. Once the egg starts to cook (but is still runny), slowly roll the omelette from one edge.
  • Step 3
  • When rolling up, pour on the rest of the egg & spinach mix, and continue rolling. When done, leave it for a while in the pan with the heat off. Once it becomes cooler, cut into four pieces and serve.
