  • 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 box Frozen spinach, thawed, microwaved and drained
  • 4 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1/3 onion, chopped
  • dash Red pepper flakes
  • dash Salt & Pepper
  • 1 A palmful of real crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated monterrey jack cheese
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pad of butter
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, not miracle whip.

How to Make Spinach Artichoke Dip

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Spinach Artichoke Dip in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Microwave and drain spinach. Make sure to ring out spinach. Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
  • Chop onion and garlic, sautee in olive oil and a pad of butter, add a dash of red pepper flakes. Cook until onions are soft. Let cool.
  • Step 3
  • Soften cream cheese and mix in spinach
  • Step 4
  • Cut up artichoke hearts and add into cream cheese mixture
  • Step 5
  • Add onion mixture, both cheeses, bacon, mayo into cream cheese mixture.
  • Step 6
  • Butter a small casserole dish and add all the mixture into the dish. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Top with leftover cheese and bake for another 5 mins until cheese is melted.
  • Step 7
  • Eat with your favorite corn chips.
