  • 1 clove garlic, sliced
  • 1 olive oil, extra virgin
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled

  • Preheat oven to 350°F Fahrenheit and line a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides. Spray with cooking spray.
