  • 2 tbsp heinz chili sauce optional
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

  • in a bowl beat eggs then add spinach and fold till totally mix then add seasoning and cheese
  • Step 2
  • in pan melt butter or oil then add mix spinach and eggs mixture

  • in low heat fold into half and gently press out excess water
  • Step 4
  • turn over and press excess water till omelette is dry and lightly brown and crispy

  • serve spinach omelette top grated parmesan cheese and heinz chili sauce
