  • 1 bag Spinach

  • 200 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 dash Black sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

    Step 1
  • Cut the spinach into 1 cm pieces and finely chop the onions.
  • Step 2
  • Heat some oil (not listed) in a pan and sauté the onions.

  • Top Step 6 with the mixture from Step 3, then smooth the surface. Top with cheese.
  • Step 8
  • Top with the remaining spring roll wrappers in the same manner as in Steps 5-6, then top the final layer with Step 4 egg mixture. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Step 9
  • Bake in an oven at 200℃ for about 20 minutes until the surface has browned.
