  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp or more grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 to 6 cherry tomatoes, circle cut and patted dry
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese (pepper jack cheese can also be used if you prefer a spicier quiche)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

How to Make Spinach Quiche

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • Cook the spinach and drain well.

  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the top of the quiche.

  • Bake for a final 10 minutes.

  • Let cool for a bit before slicing.
