  • 1 package baby spinach
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 4-6 button mushrooms (optional)
  • 2-3 green onions (optional)
  • 1-2 grilled chicken breasts (or sauteed tofu)
  • ranch dressing

How to Make Spinach Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Spinach Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • While chicken is cooking (grilled or pan fried with olive or coconut oil and a pinch of himalayan salt), rinse all veggies and dry spinach.
  • Step 2
  • Dice onions, mushrooms, toms and peppers.
  • Step 3
  • When chicken is fully cooked, drain any excess olive oil, and slice to bite sized pieces.
  • Step 4
  • In a large glass bowl, add spinach along with veg and chicken. Drizzle ranch dressing on. Season with ground black pepper if you like, and enjoy!
