  • 4 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/2 cup Green Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 24 large Mushrooms (caps only)
  • Optional Add Ins:
  • 1/4 cup Canned Articokes (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Bacon (cooked and crumbled)

How to Make Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook frozen spinach in a bowl for 3 minutes on high.
  • Step 2
  • Drain VERY well and squeeze oit. Return to bowl.
  • Step 3
  • Combine all ingredients and any optional ones at once.

  • Mix together VERY well. Then fill mushroom caps.
  • Step 5
  • Place in microwave safe bowl or container side by side, do not stack.
  • Step 6
  • Cover container with Saran.
  • Step 7
  • Microwave on high 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove Saran as it may release hot steam. Serve hot!
