How to Make Spinach with Soft-Cooked Eggs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Spinach with Soft-Cooked Eggs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil the spinach, cut into bite-size lengths, and drain the excess water. Transfer to a plate. You could stir-fry with salt and pepper (not listed; a small amount).

  • Combine the sauce ingredients, pour it on top, then you're done!

  • I copied "Suirin's" recipe and cooked with komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach). (It almost looks the same as the one with spinach.) I stir-fried komatsuna in oil, removed it from the pan, and scrambled the eggs in the same pan.
  • Step 6
  • I stir-fried bamboo shoots with spinach.
