  • sift all dry ingredients into separate bowl
  • Step 2
  • separate egg whites, beat until soft peaks
  • Step 3
  • keep yolks
  • Step 4
  • slowly add sugar to egg whites and beat again
  • Step 5
  • add yolks one by one while continuing to beat.
  • Step 6
  • add dry mixture, folding it together with spatula, being careful not to knock the air out of the mixture
  • Step 7
  • place in cake tin and bake at 180°F for 30 min or until golden brown and bounces back when touched
