  • 2 tablespoons ice water
  • 2 cups peanut oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 2 cups cashew halves

  • Stir cornstarch mixture slowly into broth mixture to thicken, then cook for another 5 minutes over medium-low heat.
  • Step 11
  • Serve with hot Jasmine rice (or rice of your choice).
  • Step 12
  • Place chicken on top of rice and pour sauce over the top.
  • Step 13
  • Sprinkle with cashews and green onions.
