  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Sake
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Squid and Celery Chinese Savory Stir-Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Remove the fibers from the celery stalks. Chop the stalks into sticks. Rough chop the celery greens.
  • Step 2
  • Cut the squid into thick matchsticks, and make shallow cuts in a lattice pattern on one side. Coat with a pinch of salt, a splash of sake, and katakuriko.
  • Step 3
  • Sauté the celery in sesame oil.
  • Step 4
