  • 300 grams frozen squid squares, diamond cut
  • 6 medium size dry shiitake mushrooms

  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 Japanese leek sliced in 1/4 inch rings

    Step 1
  • Start the wok with the oil and add the garlic and ginger, stir for 10 seconds.
  • Step 2
  • Add the cubed zucchini, then the leeks and mushrooms
  • Step 3
  • Mix the oyster sauce with the Water in a small bowl and then add it to the wok, stir some more. Add a bit more water if needed.
  • Step 4
