  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 oz basil; chiffonade
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander seed
  • 2 packages dried onion soup mix
  • 6 clove garlic; minced
  • 6 roasted red bell peppers; medium dice
  • 1 fennel bulb; minced
  • 4 stalks celery; small dice
  • 6 stalks asparagus; small dice
  • 2 bunch scallions; medium dice
  • 1 vegetable oil; as needed

How to Make Sriracha-Bacon Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Sriracha-Bacon Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sweat fennel, celery, and asparagus in vegetable oil until nearly translucent. Add garlic and bell peppers. Sweat until fragrant. Cool rapidly in fridge.
  • Step 2
  • Combine all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350° for approximately one hour or until thermometer reaches 155°
