Ingredients: Sriracha Beef Wraps

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 zest of 1 lime
  • 1 juice from 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 leaves of romaine lettuce

How to Make Sriracha Beef Wraps

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Sriracha Beef Wraps in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Salt and pepper ground beef then brown in a skillet. Drain.
  • Step 2
  • In a small bowl mix fish sauce, Sriracha and water.
  • Step 3
  • Add Sriracha mixture to beef and cook on med/high heat, stirring until water has evaporated. (This will only take a minute)
  • Step 4
  • Remove from heat. Stir in zest of lime, lime juice, green onions and cilantro.
  • Step 5
  • Serve in lettuce leaves.
  • Step 6
  • This can easily be doubled to serve 4.
