  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder or flakes
  • 1/2 cup feta, crumbled
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

How to Make Sriracha Feta Burgers or Meatballs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Sriracha Feta Burgers or Meatballs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large bowl, mix ground chuck (uncooked), salt, pepper, egg, flour, Sriracha, garlic, and feta cheese until well blended.
  • Step 2
  • For burgers, shape mixture into patties. Makes 4-6 bun-sized patties.
  • Step 3
  • Add oil to a large pan and cook over med high heat to desired doneness. These can also be grilled.
  • Step 4
  • For meatballs, shape into heaping tablespoon sized balls and place, spaced out, on greased baking sheet. Bake in 500° oven for 12-15 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Garnish with additional Sriracha, feta crumbles, and diced green onions.
