  • 1 packages flour tortilla shells
  • 1 packages shredded cheese

  • cook steak and mushrooms in separate skillets.

  • fold the bare half of the tortilla over the mixture half and then flip in one minute

  • repeat until gone
  • Step 9
  • cut and serve! they are good dipped in sour cream
