  • 2 cup green pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup red pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup yellow pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 can bamboo chutes; drained
  • 1/2 medium sweet onion; sliced into strips
  • 1 bunch green onions; chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb steak; cut into thin strips (sub prepackaged stew meat)
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup stir-fry sauce
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp olive or sesame oil
  • 1 can bean sprouts; drained

How to Make Steak Stir Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Steak Stir Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Brown steak strips, oil, garlic, ginger, & pepper in large skillet or wok over medium heat until steak is just browned.
  • Step 2
  • Add the vegetables into the steak mixture, while gradually pouring the soy sauce over everything.
  • Step 3
  • While continuing to cook uncovered over meduim heat, gently stir all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Step 4
  • Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 5
  • Serve over rice of your choice. This dish also goes well over quinoa for a healthier, and just as tasty option.
