  • 1 1/2 lb diced steak
  • 1/2 yellow onion; minced
  • 1 clove garlic; minced
  • 2 t cumin
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1/2 t dried oregano
  • 1/2 t cayenne
  • 1/4 t dried thyme
  • 1/2 C beef stock
  • 1/4 C recaito
  • 1 pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  • vegetable oil; as needed
  • fresh chives for garnish

How to Make Steak Tacos w/ Mole

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Steak Tacos w/ Mole in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat enough oil to cover the bottom of a large saute pan.
  • Step 2
  • Add steak, onions, and spices. Stir. Cook until steak reaches 80% of desired doneness. Add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
