  • 4 tbsp ★Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ★Sake
  • 2 tbsp ★Mirin
  • 1 tsp ★Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Wasabi

  • Bring the steak to room temperature.

  • Microwave the sauce with the garlic for 1 to 1 and a half minutes (1 minute at 700 W, 1 and a half minutes at 500 W; no need to cover in plastic wrap). Dissolve the wasabi into the warmed sauce.
  • Step 8
  • Pour the sauce over the vegetables and beef, and serve.
