  • wrap filling
  • 4 oz shaved beef (C.A.B deli meat works well, i used left over prime rib)
  • 1 oz blue cheese spread
  • 1/2 medium onion julienned
  • 1 Handful spinach leaves
  • 1 each 10 or 12 inch tortilla
  • Blue cheese spread
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Steak wrap

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Steak wrap in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a bowl mix together all ingredients to make blue cheese spread
  • Step 2
  • In a pan on medium heat add oil or butter. Add onions and saute until soft.
  • Step 3
  • Add your beef to the pan and saute for about 2 mins.
  • Step 4
  • Lay out your tortilla, add desired amount of blue cheese spread onto the tortilla. Then add spinach and your sauteed beef and onions. (The heat from the onions and beef will slightly wilt the spinach)
  • Step 5
  • Wrap up your tortilla by folding in the sides first then roll the other end over. Enjoy!
