Ingredients: Steam Caramel Cake

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup (1.5 cups ) All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Vegetables oil/cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp Condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 1 tsp Bica soda

How to Make Steam Caramel Cake

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Steam Caramel Cake in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In sauce pan,hit 1 cup sugar till brown. Add 1 cup water. Stir. Now u have caramel syrup. Set it cool.
  • Step 2
  • Using steamer. (I used bamboo steamer). Let the water boil.
  • Step 3
  • Using cake mixer, (I used blender) blend eggs,vegetables oil,condensed milk,margarine about 2mins.
  • Step 4
  • Add caramel syrup to the blender.
  • Step 5
  • Mix flour with soda bica. Add to the blender. Blend well till it look like a batter. Abt 3mins.
  • Step 6
  • Put the batter into baking pan. Make sure place baking paper underneath to avoid it stick.
  • Step 7
  • Steam about 30mins.
