  • 1 big condensed milk sweetened ( 520 g)
  • 1 tin of water ( condensed milk )
  • 1 lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 vanilla essence
  • 1 few drops of yellow colouring
  • 1 for sugar syrup 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 little choped or whole cashew nuts and raisin for garnish

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make steamed cream caramel in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a bowl add the 5 eggs and beat them well then add the condensed milk and water , beat again and add the colour , well
  • Step 2
  • Make the sugar syrup until brown colour. spread the syrup on nonstick bowl or tray
  • Step 3
  • add the cramel mixer to pan and put in side a another saucepan with a little water as much to steamed the caramel
  • Step 4
  • cover the pan and steamed for 15 / 20 minutes on low heat.
  • Step 5
  • after remove the caramel out of the saucepan and let it to be cool . add the garnish items
