  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 110 gr. butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 100 gr soft brown sugar
  • few pieces crystalised ginger
  • 1 small portion chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Sticky chocolate chip and ginger cookies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Get the ingredients together and put the oven on at 170º
  • Step 2
  • Melt the butter in a small pan with the syrup and sugar over a very gentle heat

  • Chop the ginger into tiny pieces and put in a large bowl with the other dry ingredientes, except the chocolate
  • Step 4
  • Once the sugar has dissolved

  • Add the pan's contents to the bowl
