  • 75 grams fresh breadcrumbs
  • 90 grams light muskovado sugar
  • 5 grams ground cinnamon
  • 30 ml vegetable oil plus extra for greasing the dish
  • 175 ml milk

  • Preheat the oven to 180°c/350°f

  • Carefully remove the bowl. Slice up and serve while still warm with icecream or custard
