  • 12 Brussels sprouts
  • 40 grams Bacon
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (if necessary)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Grainy mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 Salt

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Stir-Fried Brussels Sprouts with Honey Mustard Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the bacon and the garlic. Remove the bottom and the dirty outer leaves of the brussels sprouts. Cut in half vertically.

  • Add the bacon to a frying pan and cook on medium heat until grease is released.

  • Step 6
  • Stop the heat and add the mustard and honey. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. (If the bacon is salty, don't add more salt.)
