  • 2 large Onions
  • 3 tbsp Katakuriko

  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 10 steps you must follow to make Stir-fried Chicken Breast and Shiso Leaf with Lemon Juice and Fish Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice the chicken diagonally into bite-sized pieces.

  • Rub the sake and nam pla into the chicken.
