  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breast bitesize pieces
  • 2 tbsp Thai garlic coarsely chopped (less English)
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 150 grams ginger peeled and julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce light
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 tsp granulated sugar
  • 10 spring onions into one inch segments
  • 2 red spur chillies chopped
  • 1 more spring onion and red chillies to garnish

How to Make Stir Fried Ginger Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Stir Fried Ginger Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat a pan over medium heat until smoking hot. Swirl in the oil, add the garlic and sauté until golden brown.

  • Add chicken for 1-2 minutes.
