  • 2 tsp Lemon juice

    Step 1
  • Peel the potatoes and slice into 5 mm and then julienne into 5 mm batons. Cut the chikuwa in half and slice into the same size as the potatoes.
  • Step 2
  • Heat vegetable oil (not listed) in a pan and fry the potatoes for 3-4 minutes. Add the chikuwa and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • Add mayonnaise into Step 2 and stir. Add soy sauce, ground sesame seeds and black pepper, fry and stir. Add the lemon juice and stir quickly.
