  • 100 grams Wakame seaweed
  • 1 bag Mushrooms (of your choice)
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp or more Soy sauce
  • 1 White toasted sesame seeds

How to Make Stir-Fried Seaweed and Mushrooms

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Stir-Fried Seaweed and Mushrooms in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the seaweed into bite-sizes. Remove the hard stem from the mushrooms and also slice into bite-sizes.
  • Step 2
  • Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry. When they're thoroughly cooked, turn the heat to high and add the seaweed. Briskly stir-fry.
  • Step 3
  • Drizzle in the soy sauce to season, and remove from heat.
