  • 400 grams shrimps
  • 200 grams beans,i use yard long bean,cut to 1 inch long ,you can use a kind you have
  • 1 bunch hot basils
  • 5 clove garlic
  • 3 hot chili
  • 1 bunch i use shimeji or any mushroom ,optional
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp oil to fry

  • Blanch beans and shrimps in boiling salted water

  • Heat oil on stir fry pan over medium heat,crush garlic,slice chili ,fry in pan until golden

  • Add mushroom,change to high heat ,,toss ,leave it about 2 mins,if too dry add little water
