  • 110 g udon
  • 2 cups frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 cup Tofu
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Cayenne pepper

How to Make Stir fried Udon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Stir fried Udon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine the oyster sauce, sriracha, mirin, garlic and sugar in a bowl. Add cayenne pepper to taste.
  • Step 2
  • Blanch the frozen vegetables, drain and set aside. Do the same for the udon noodles.
  • Step 3
  • Quickly sear the tofu in a pan with a dash of olive oil until a light crust develops. Set the tofu aside.
  • Step 4
  • Using the same pan, add some olive oil and wait for it to heat up. Add the sauce ingredients to the pan, cooking the sauce for a few seconds before adding the udon and vegetables.
  • Step 5
  • Stir fry for a few minutes then add the tofu. Season with pepper to taste.
