  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 12 oz sugar snap peas
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

  • In a stir-fry pan/wok/skillet melt butter over medium heat

  • Add oil and diced garlic
