  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small bag stir fry veggies (not frozen)
  • 1 small bag spinach ( not frozen )
  • to taste Chopped green onion
  • to taste Chopped celery
  • to taste More parsley
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • to taste More sesame seeds
  • to taste More soy sauce

How to Make Stir fry with shrimp

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make Stir fry with shrimp in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook rice. You can do this ahead have time, but have it warm when you add it.
  • Step 2
  • Do all your chopping and put all the veggies aside
  • Step 3
  • Thaw shrimp in cold water.
  • Step 4
  • Whisk together soy sauce, corn starch, garlic, parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.
  • Step 5
  • Place shrimp in shallow backing dish and marinade in sauce from step 2.
  • Step 6
  • Set oven to low broil.
  • Step 7
  • Heat olive oil and scramble the eggs in wok or large fry pan.
  • Step 8
  • Place shrimp in the shallow baking dish in oven to broil for 5 minutes, turning them over half way through.
  • Step 9
  • Add all the veggies to the wok or large fry pan and cook until the spinach starts to reduce.
  • Step 10
  • Add your cooked rice and stir into the veggies
  • Step 11
  • Add sesame seeds and soy sauce to taste.
  • Step 12
  • Plate up and put shrimp on top. Drizzle with the sauce left in the baking dish.
