Ingredients: Stir-fry

  • 1 whole garlic
  • 4 chili's
  • 30 ml fresh ginger
  • 30 ml lemongrass, grated
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 mixed vegetables
  • 1 protein
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 1 noodles or rice
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander

How to Make Stir-fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Stir-fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Chop chili & garlic, grate lemongrass & ginger.
  • Step 2
  • Combine chili, garlic, lemongrass, ginger & add olive oil. This will serve as your foundation, this mix can be kept in the fridge for a fair amount of time.
  • Step 3
  • From here everytime you cook, fry off the onion & add the 'foundation' mixture.
  • Step 4
  • To this add protein of your choice, when half way cooked add vegetables of your choice.
  • Step 5
  • Season with soy sauce.
  • Step 6
  • While this is cooking, boil, noodles/rice and combine with stri-fry mixture.
  • Step 7
  • Finish with lemon juice & fresh chopped coriander.
