  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1 Fresh Strawberry Slices (To Garnish)

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Step 2
  • Stir flour, powdered sugar, a 1/2 tsp of lemon zest in medium sized bowl. Cut butter in until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan.

  • Spread preserves over shortbread, pour cream cheese mixture over preserves, spreading to edges.
  • Step 7
  • Bake 28-32 more minutes. Let cool one hour on wire rack.
  • Step 8
  • Cover & Chill 4-8 hours
  • Step 9
  • Cut into bars; Garnish, if decided. Enjoy!
