  • 200 grams marie biscuit
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 80 grams strawberry jelly/jello powder
  • 300 ml strawberry low-fat yoghurt
  • 250 grams plain low-fat smooth cottage cheese

How to Make STRAWBERRY YOGHURT TART

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make STRAWBERRY YOGHURT TART in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place biscuits in a packet and crush with a rolling pin or a small glass.
  • Step 2
  • Mix biscuit crumbs with margarine. Press onto the base of tart dish.
  • Step 3
  • Dissolve the jelly powder with half cup boiling water and allow to cool, but not set.
  • Step 4
  • Mix yoghurt and cottage cheese and stir into the cooled jelly.
  • Step 5
  • Pour over biscuit crumbs and refrigerate for 3 hours or over night.
  • Step 6
  • Serve cold with fresh fruit.
