Ingredients: Stuffed Bell Pepper

  • 3 Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Corn boiled
  • 1/2 cup Long grain Basmati rice boiled
  • 1/2 cup Minced Chicken.. cooked with ginger garlic paste, black pepper n salt
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 4 Garlic pods chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli chopped
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce or more as u like
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt

How to Make Stuffed Bell Pepper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 12 steps you must follow to make Stuffed Bell Pepper in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the top of Bell pepper n remove seeds from inside.. Wash n keep aside.
  • Step 2
  • Heat oil in a skillet.. Add chopped garlic.. Saute it till brown.. Add chopped onion.. Saute it till transparent.
  • Step 3
  • Add boiled minced Chicken.. Stir continuously..After two minutes Add boiled corn n rice. Keep flame in medium.
  • Step 4
  • Add black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, Worcester sauce.. Take out from fire.
  • Step 5
  • Now add oregano n mix well.. Let it cool now..
  • Step 6
  • Pre heat ur oven 350°F..
  • Step 7
  • After ten minutes of cooling the filling..Add half portion of grated Mozzarella Cheese.. Mix well..
  • Step 8
  • Now fill the bell pepper with spoon with filling.. On the top Sprinkle grated Mozzarella Cheese..
  • Step 9
  • Drizzle some oil in baking dish.. Place filled Bell Peppers on dish..
  • Step 10
  • Bake for 15-20 min in 180°F temperature..
  • Step 11
  • Take out n keep the top on bell pepper..
  • Step 12
  • Serve hot like side dish.. In eating time u can cut into half.
