Ingredients: Stuffed Bell Peppers

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef (or whatever meat you prefer)
  • 16 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 can green beans
  • 1 garlic salt (as needed)
  • 1 pepper (as needed)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 can white rice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 8 bell peppers

How to Make Stuffed Bell Peppers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Stuffed Bell Peppers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Start rice. Add 1.5 cups of rice with the 2tbs of oil and slightly brown. Add the 3 cups of water and bring to a boil. Cover and let cook until rice is done
  • Step 2
  • Add meat, onion, garlic salt and pepper to pan and cook fully.
  • Step 3
  • Slice tops of bell peppers and clean the inside out. Set over 350°
  • Step 4
  • When meat is cooked add both cans of green beans (juice and all) and the tomato sauce to meat. Stir together until completely mixed. Cover and let simmer for about 10 minutes
  • Step 5
  • When rice is done add to the meat and green beans stir together
  • Step 6
  • Add the meat, green beans and rice mixture to the bell peppers. You may want to slightly shake to make sure the peppers are filling in properly.
  • Step 7
  • Set bell peppers in a baking pan and cook in the over for 30 minutes (I didn't cover mine)
